The year was 1930 when Muhammed Manal founded in 1930 the Himalayan Drug Company. Its headquarters for the company is located in Bengaluru (Karnataka). It is a manufacturer of health products and has a variety of products which are based on Ayurvedic herbs. Its productsare popular not just in India however, but also in all of the United States, Middle East and all over the world. The company is currently selling their products across more than 100 countries. Liv 52 is the most popular Himalayan product. It helped improve liver health and first came out in the year 1955.

If the story is true, Muhammad Manal is the founderand the owner of the Himalayan Drug Company. It's not the first time the Himalaya Drug Co is dealing with this issue. Similar messages were circulated on WhatsApp and other social media platforms in March of 2020. Numerous posts claiming the fact that Himalaya Drug Company funds terrorists were over the social media platforms with photos of Philipe Haydon (President and CEO of Himalaya Drug Company). The post stated the fact that M. Manal, the founder of Himalaya Drug Company was shown in the picture.

The company also issued an apology at the time, saying that all posts on Himalaya on social media are fake. The company also stated it was Himalaya Drug Company was a pre-independence wellness brand "Made In India", that is a follower of the religion "healing".

Looking for that personin the video

A bit of investigation on the site of the company revealed the fact that M. Manal is not the person that is featured on the film. Actually, the founder died in the year 1986, about thirty-five years after the event. We decided to find out who is the person appears in the video. We found various social media accounts which were operated through Naqi Ahmed Nadwi who is who is a Saudi Arabian citizen, after some research using Google's reverse-image search. While there was a link to his Facebook page there was nothing about the person. The default parking page was all it was. The registration was made in May of this year.
